Message	They did do some testing but the cars used were questionable at best. Especially when it came down to the R34, which was supposed to be brand new but let's just say that wasn't the case. From greased palms to speculation of falsified documents, which wouldn't be surprising given the industry. Things have been sketchy with how cars were brought in, which ones were shipped over and how they were legalized since Day 1. And then there's the stuff none of us even know about.
